oi-nō, which means ‘one and unique’ in the ancient language, was founded by İpek Orhan in Istanbul in 2022. İpek Orhan has a deep-rooted connection to the marble culture inherited from her family. This is seamlessly intertwined with her training in interior architecture. Inspired by Japanese minimalist aesthetics and emphasizing simplicity in her designs, oi-nō‘s first collection of handmade and natural products consists of useful decorative objects. The basic philosophy of oi-nō, which rejects perfection and relies on a complex understanding of beauty, emphasizes uniqueness. This emphasis is reflected in the fact that each and every product is one of a kind.
