For orders placed until 18:00 on weekdays, your cargo will be delivered within 10 business days (depending on the stock status reported at the time of your order).
Order / Shipping
- For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, the first business day following is considered the order day.
- Since our products are completely handcrafted exclusively for you, the average delivery time is 10 business days.
- The shipping cost for your orders (if any / if it is not free shipping) will be notified to you during the order and will be collected with your order.
- When your products are shipped, the shipping company and tracking number will be sent via SMS.
- In return transactions, the shipping costs for returns belong to the buyer. Shipping Stages and Notifications: All statuses of your orders (preparing, shipped, completed, etc.) are sent to you by e-mail.
- Campaign and Discounted Products: If there is a product in the basket of your orders that belongs to the campaign period or is on active discount, the shipping time is 21 (twenty-one) business days.
- Please check the product when you receive it from the cargo and if the product is damaged, please do not receive it.
Return Conditions
As long as you do not use the products and the product or its packaging (salability) is not damaged, you can return it within 14 days from the date you receive it, provided that you pay the shipping fee.
- In return transactions, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. You can send an e-mail to [email protected] within 14 days following your order payment date, stating your order number, product name, product code and the reason for your return. The response e-mail we will send to you based on your request will include information that we have received your request, address information and the steps to follow.
- After making your application, you can send us the product(s) you want to return with your shipping code.
- The return of used or damaged product(s) cannot be accepted. When your return process is completed, your payment amount will be deposited back into your credit card or bank account.
- The time it takes for your refund amount to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank.
